We noticed a common problem with the original BMW front arch liners they feature a vented section designed to let air escape from the front bumper, but the clearance between this section and the tire is limited. On a standard car, thats not usually an issue. But once you start modifying your car with lower suspension, wider tires, or even wheel spacers, that small gap quickly becomes a problem. The tire can catch on the plastic vent fins, instantly damaging them and in some cases, those broken pieces can even damage the tire or radiator.

Our replacement grilles give you the extra clearance needed for modified setups, while still allowing air to flow out of the bumper just like the original design intended. Weve tested these on lowered cars with different tire setups to make sure they do exactly what theyre supposed to without compromising clearance.
